The Rider App allows prospective riders to schedule dynamic Demand Responsive Transit (DRT) services. Riders can choose among contracted vehicles, GOIN’s ride providers. The GOIN’ app is compatible with android and iOS.

1. Once you decide that you need a ride, just open up the GOIN' app.
2. The first time you use the app, you will be prompted to create an account and enter demographic data. Thereafter, you can simply log in.
3. You will be asked if you would prefer tactile notifications (such as a vibration) or auditory notifications (such as a ding) when your driver arrives.
4. You will also be given the option to receive a phone call, in case they need more information than that which is provided via vibration or ding. -
1. Open the GOIN’ rider app and you will be offered the option to choose:
● whether or not you would use a mobility assistance device
● the type of vehicle you would like to book (WAV, 4-door sedan, etc.)
● whether or not you would require assistance getting to and from the vehicle
● whether or not you would need any other type of assistance, including accommodations for:
○ auditory impairments, hearing impairments, vision impairments, intellectual disabilities, any assistance that would be relevant for CLIENT’s user mobility needs.
2. Then, you will be prompted to enter your starting location, or to use GIS services to find your exact location.
● You will be prompted to enter your destination.
● You will be shown a choice of service that you are eligible for — For example, DART Sedan or an accessible vehicle. Each service's estimated time of arrival will be listed.
● Once you have chosen a vehicle, you will be given the driver’s name and
vehicle information. -
To book by phone, you (or a person designated to take care of you) can call GOIN's customer support line. You will be connected to a dispatcher, with an average wait time of under one minute.
The dispatcher will collect your information. The dispatcher will then enter this information into GOIN's app on behalf of you.
The dispatcher will book and confirm the ride for you.
GOIN' has integrated customer support access into its platform in case the riders and drivers experience issues.

We accept the following payment options: Credit cards, Debit cards, Paypal, Cash, and electronic payments that are processed securely using Stripe.

After successfully entering the needed information for your trip, you will be prompted to confirm or cancel the ride.
You will be given a time frame in which you can cancel free of charge, depending on the ride provider of your choice.

The GOIN’ has a provider API for providers to use their own driver apps and this API in return provides real-time updates to the Mobility management team at PSTA.

Shift Check-in
● Each driver checks in via Driver App
● Each driver completes an app-based covid screening
● GIS-based location tracking is activated
Pick-up/Ride Arrival: Driver’s perspective
● After picking up the riders, drivers indicate that they are starting the ride.
Drop-off
● Once the riders are safely at their destination and out of the vehicle, the drivers note this via the GOIN' app.
Rating and Feedback
● Provider drivers are prompted to provide feedback on each ride to quickly report any issues they may have encountered.
Scheduled and On-Demand requests
● Drivers are able to view and accept scheduled ride manifests as well as on-demand ride requests. They may also be multi-leg and multi-rider trips that have pick-up and drop offs in the most efficient order. -
We supply our partners with GOIN's software for on-demand and advanced booking, dispatching, and routing of microtransit, paratransit, and NEMT services. Apart from this, we also provide the following support:
● configure GOIN's platform to meet client's needs
● provide client’s staff with software training
● provide 24/7 customer support
● provide back-end support, as noted in GOIN's SLA
● maintain and update the software as necessary to ensure that it delivers exactly what the client needs
